    The Role:  Physician Recruiter | Las Colinas, TX

    As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you’ll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening and hiring top clinical talent. Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network.

    What You’ll Do: 

    • Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers 
    • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process 
    • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers 
    • Source candidates via a number of platforms 
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 
    • Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications 
    • Verify credentials and references 
    • Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews 
    • Manage the closing process with candidates post interview 
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices 
    • Attend job fairs and conferences 

    What You Need: 

    • High School Diploma or GED 
    • Minimum 1 year physician recruiting experience strongly preferred 
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases 
    • Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and conducting closing calls with candidates 
    • Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc. 
    • Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
