JOB SUMMARY
Directs all activities related to physician recruitment for all SJRMC entities and SJPN including but not limited to monitoring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, contracting and hiring, on-boarding new physicians and maintaining relationships.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred.
Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired.
Experience: 3 – 5 years' experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management.
