HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support our incredible team members over the course of three years.The Physician Recruitment Sourcer role plays a vital role in the process of finding suitable candidates, evaluating talent leads and targeting passive candidates with the goal of pipeline development. The role is instrumental in leveraging sourcing systems (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, etc.) to create and maintain a continuous recruitment marketing presence with reoccurring blast emails or other daily sourcing strategies (i.e. targeted lists). Key responsibilities include identify passive candidates, understand local market dynamics, create interest in the company as a preferred employer, network, etc.This position will support Hospital Based Services roles.DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:· Performs internet researching duties relative to physician recruitment.· Learn detail of the opportunity you are sourcing for. Practice/Group Structure, call schedule.· Learn the specialties you are recruiting for· Know community information for the particular area· Meets with Recruitment and attend Recruitment screening calls where applicable· Call, Text and Emails out of candidates databases daily· Monitor Practice Match, Practice Link and Profiles for new candidates, candidates that have uploaded new profile, and candidates that have changed their geographical preference.· Partner with division teams to understand opportunity specifics including community, hospital, practice, and specialty skillsets.• Develop effective, data driven sourcing strategies for lead generation for both active and passive candidates.• Provide guidance and assistance with job descriptions for optimum exposure on all applicable on-line job boards.• Work with marketing to create digital assets and effective email campaigns.• Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.• Provide candidate introduction and warm lead hand-off to division colleagues and decision makers.• Collaborate with training program outreach and GME recruitment teams to build candidate pipelines.• Document job posting, sourcing efforts, and candidate activity in applicant tracking system.• Represent HCA Healthcare at virtual career fairs and events• Research and identify innovative and creative avenues to attract new candidates and increase visibility in key specialties and/or markets.•Utilizes technology tools to streamline search techniques and creates greater efficiency in research.•Conducts activities with systems and database to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal, and external reports and correspondence.•Takes initiative in creating alternative and creative sourcing to generate larger candidate pools.• Supports Physician Recruiters on high-priority searches through additional focused sourcing effortsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
