Job Description
Acts as liaison and business partner between BHMG leaders and physicians. Under the guidance of BHMG executives and Physician Recruitment leadership partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and participates in job scoping sessions with leaders. Screens candidates to meet staffing needs. Understands the business and follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. Organizes and supports various physician activities. Also provides additional support to the physician recruitment function as assigned. Estimated pay range for this position is $25.11 - $31.89 / hour depending on experience. Degrees:
- Associates.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 7 years of Health Care experience working with executive leadership and physicians.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage deadlines, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact at all times.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel also required.
