Overview
Job Summary
Ensures the medical group is represented to physicians, referral physicians and the community. Incumbent works well with physicians, employees, department managers and community leaders. Work requires decision-making skills, time management skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Incumbent is responsible for 40 hour work week and is subject to additional hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities
- Builds and enhances physician relations.
- Responsible for scheduling and facilitating physician continuing medical education.
- Responsible for the assisting promotion of clinic marketing plan.
- Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
- Communicates feedback from physician visits to marketing department and administration on a regular basis.
- Develops web sites and physician newsletter as communication tools with physicians and office staff on a regular basis.
- Completes assigned goals.

Experience
Minimum Required
- 1-2 years experience in a customer related position.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Related Field.
