Physician - Internal Medicine - Rheumatology
Job Details:
- Provide rheumatology services with ability to float between 2 locations
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule
- See approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
- Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine - Rheumatology
- Fellowship training in rheumatology required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with arthrocentesis and joint/soft tissue injections required
- Preferred skills include tissue biopsy, microscopic specimen evaluation, arthroscopy, diagnostic/therapeutic taps, thoracentesis, bone mineral density studies, management of vascular access devices, familiarity with intravenous therapies, EMG, and NCV
- Locum tenens assignment with estimated 21-day credentialing timeframe
