Position Overview

Seeking a BC/BE Physician to provide evaluation and treatment of occupational and motor vehicle–related injuries within a regional clinic model. Providers rotate between established outpatient locations with no call and no weekend requirements. This is a provider-friendly role focused on quality care, consistency, and work-life balance.

Practice Model

  • Regional clinic coverage (rotational schedule)
  • Mileage reimbursed for travel between sites
  • No call
  • No weekends

Compensation

  • $225,000 – $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Quarterly bonus eligibility

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with work-related and motor vehicle injuries
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans focused on functional recovery
  • Prepare patients for return to work
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Uphold organizational standards for patient care, ethics, and compliance

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
    • Interventional Pain Management
    • PM&R
    • Orthopedic Surgery
    • Neurology
    • Sports Medicine
  • Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • Active DEA registration

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
  • Sound clinical judgment and patient-centered approach

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs as required in a clinical setting

Interview Process

  • Initial interviews conducted virtually
  • Final in-person interview with on-site shadowing
