The opportunity at Abrazo Surprise Hospital in Surprise, Arizona, offers a unique setting for EM physicians who are looking for a role in a micro-hospital. With 12 ED beds and a relatively low annual volume of 14,000 visits, it's an excellent environment for physicians who prefer a lower acuity, community-based setting. Opportunity Highlights

• Low to moderate acuity: with only 14,000 visits annually and a 7% admission rate, physicians will be dealing with cases of lower complexity, which can offer a more manageable pace and focused patient care

• Cerner EMR: if you're already familiar with Cerner or want to gain experience with it, this could be a valuable learning opportunity

Start times are 6:00AM and 6:00PM with an APC from 12:00PM to 8:00PM.
