Opportunity Overview
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team in San Francisco. This position provides a chance to offer exceptional, patient-focused care in a contemporary urgent care environment, backed by robust clinical and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat non-emergency acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients of all ages.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies.
Carry out in-office procedures that align with urgent care practices.
Work collaboratively with and oversee Advanced Practice Clinicians within a team-oriented care framework.
Facilitate timely referrals, escalate care as necessary, and coordinate patient care effectively.
Engage in practice within a well-respected, physician-led organization.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or a related field.
Board certification or eligibility is required.
Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care is preferred.
