Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
- Provide 24-hour call shift coverage starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 7:00 AM the following day
- 6-month contract with specific coverage dates scheduled throughout the assignment period
- Serve adult patient population in a busy facility that acts as the hub for multiple outlying facilities
- Perform various urological procedures including cystoscopy, stent placement for hematuria, and kidney stone treatment
- Handle holmium laser lithotripsy, testicular torsion cases, UTI management, and Foley catheter consultations
- Round on inpatient setting in the morning as needed
- Work with support staff including nursing, anesthesia, and emergency department teams
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for inpatient care and GE Centricity for outpatient records access
- Board certification required with minimum 1 year experience preferred (2 years preferred)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- DEA license and PA state license required
