Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
• 
  
• Mix of hospital rounds, operating room procedures, and clinic visits
• 
  
• No nighttime or weekend call requirements
• 
  
• Coverage needed for 6 weeks each month with specific date assignments
• 
  
• See 40-70 patients per day in adult population (no pediatrics)
• 
  
• Work in renovated urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
• 
  
• Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and practice manager
• 
  
• Perform general urology procedures including ureteroscopies
• 
  
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• 
  
• Occasional daytime hospital call for rounding, consults, and OR cases
• 
  
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology required
• 
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience required (will accept new graduates)
• 
  
• PA or IMLC license and DEA registration required
