Urology position covering a mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic settings
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break no nighttime or weekend call required
Coverage needed for 6 weeks each month
Patient volume ranges from 40 to 70 patients per day
Adult patient population only no pediatrics
Urology office features 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms with a recently renovated space and long-tenured staff
Hospital daytime call involves rounding, consults, and OR cases with occasional clinic add-ons
Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required
EMR system is EPIC
Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, a surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology required
Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand required
DEA required
Minimum of 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered
