Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens in-house call coverage for urology services on an ongoing basis
• 
  
• Coverage needed 7-10 days per month with 24-hour call shifts
• 
  
• Call ratio of 4-6 with average callback hours of 2-8 per shift
• 
  
• 1-3 providers needed to fill coverage needs
• 
  
• 100% inpatient setting with potential for some added outpatient procedures
• 
  
• Average of 6-12 patients per day
• 
  
• Perform general urology procedures including advanced endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy
• 
  
• ESWL available on Tuesdays
• 
  
• Laser certification required for procedural coverage
• 
  
• 2 onsite ambulatory APRNs available to provide clinic support
• 
  
• Documentation completed via EPIC EMR
• 
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• 
  
• Active KY license or active IMLC required
• 
  
• Active DEA required; ACLS preferred
• 
  
• Weekend call coverage included
