Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Outpatient Primary Care)

Direct hire opportunity salary base: $166K. Location: Outpatient clinic in the Wilmington / Greater Los Angeles area.

This role focuses on delivering essential care to underserved and diverse patient populations in a collaborative, team-based environment. Position details:

• Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient volume: 20–22 patients per day
• No call, no nights, no weekends

Requirements:

• Physician assistant (PA-C)
• Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant program
• Active or eligible California PA license
• 1+ year of experience in primary care or outpatient setting preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
• Experience working with underserved populations
