    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Physician Assistant provides medical care under physician supervision and in accordance with medical protocol. This role offers comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient support to deliver quality healthcare outcomes. A service agreement will accompany the provider's offer and Job description, which will provide a more focused understanding of company and duty specifics and agreement prior to hire.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
    • Obtain thorough patient history and document findings
    • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and imaging
    • Diagnose common medical conditions within medical protocol
    • Develop and implement treatment plans under physician direction
    • Prescribe medications within scope and authorization
    • Provide ongoing patient management and monitoring
    • Maintain comprehensive patient medical records
    • Communicate effectively with patients regarding care and treatment
    • Provide patient education and health promotion
    • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members
    • Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
    • Support marketing and referral relationship building
    • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives


    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Licensure

    • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program required
    • Physician Assistant Certification from PANCE required
    • Valid state PA license required
    • Ability to obtain your DEA registration
    • Minimum board-certified
    • 1-2 years of clinical PA experience preferred but not required

    Requirements:

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Licensure
