We are seeking a professional to provide care to patients, ranging from adolescents to geriatrics, undergoing radiation therapy treatments. As a vital member of the radiation therapy planning team, you will:
- Deliver clinical physics services in radiation therapy, including electron, photon, HDR therapy, and brachytherapy.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Integrate junior physicist and dosimetrist roles within the Radiation Oncology Department.
- Train personnel on new equipment and treatment modalities.
- Serve as a clinical consultant to Radiation Oncology physicians, offering guidance and intervention in complex cases.
- Support Quality Assurance under the supervisor's direction.
Required Certifications:
- Certified ABMP (American Board Medical Physicist) OR Certified ABR (American Board Radiology)
- California Calibration Letter
