Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physicist to support radiation oncology and clinical treatment programs within a progressive acute care hospital environment. The Physicist will work closely with physicians, radiation therapists, and healthcare staff to ensure safe, precise, and effective treatment delivery.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to advanced oncology programs while supporting quality assurance, patient safety, and continuous clinical improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support radiation oncology treatment planning and clinical therapy programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to ensure treatment accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety and quality assurance standards
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of advanced treatment technologies
  • Participate in equipment calibration, testing, and performance monitoring
  • Support clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and departmental protocols
  • Contribute to a patient-centered and collaborative care environment

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical or acute care experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
