Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning, and we are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and patient Piano Teacher to join our team!


Job Description:


We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Piano Teacher to introduce children (ages 3-12) to the joy of music through engaging and age-appropriate piano lessons. This part-time role will involve planning and teaching beginner piano classes, encouraging students to develop basic music skills, and fostering a love of music.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Teach basic piano techniques and music theory to young children.

  • Plan and prepare lessons that are fun, interactive, and tailored to the developmental needs of young children.

  • Introduce students to musical concepts such as rhythm, pitch, and melody.

  • Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

  • Communicate with parents about their child’s progress in piano lessons.

  • Organize and participate in small music recitals or performances (when appropriate).

  • Maintain a clean and organized music area.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience teaching music to young children (previous experience teaching piano is a plus).

  • A degree in music or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the daycare team and engage with parents.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Background check required.
