A growing warehouse is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate to support daily order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, verifying quantities and invoices, and preparing items for shipment.
The ideal candidate is smart, quick to learn, hardworking, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow labels, signs, and written instructions are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick the correct products and quantities according to orders
• Verify picked items against invoices and order information
• Read and follow warehouse signs, labels, and product information
• Ensure orders are accurate before packing and shipment
• Organize products and maintain an efficient picking area
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing items
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new processes quickly
• Ability to read and understand signs, labels, and invoices
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to understand instructions in English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
