TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Pick Lead and Repack Lead in the Katy, 77423 area.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person, Warehouse
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead will supervise Picking department or Repack department
Operate standup forklift as needed
Verify product against documentation
Oversee pick or repack areas and handle quality checks
Ensure accurate system receipt of inventory
Train and guide inbound associates
Maintain cleanliness and safety in inbound areas
Communicate discrepancies or damages to management
QUALIFICATIONS
Lead experience in picking or repack departments
Standup forklift and general warehouse experience needed
Able to meet tight receiving deadlines
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Attention to detail
PAY
$18-20/hr DOE
SCHEDULE
8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
