Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shop Technician / Pick & Pack Associate to join the team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Schedule & Pay

• $17.00/hour starting pay
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Paid 30-minute lunch
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• Potential pay increase upon transition to a full-time position with the client

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack industrial belting and conveyor products
• Assist with shop and warehouse operations
• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Handle and organize materials safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform other hands-on shop duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shop, or pick/pack experience is a plus
