Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers and Packers to join our warehouse team in Henderson. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and accuracy are essential to meeting daily shipping goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-pick systems.

• Inspect items for defects or damages prior to packing.

• Pack, box, and label orders efficiently to prevent shipping damage.

• Prepare pallets and stage orders for carrier pickup.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

• Perform general warehouse duties and inventory counts as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Resume required detailing recent work history.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a scheduled shift.

• Reliable transportation to the Henderson warehouse location.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills to read orders and match SKU numbers.
