Shift: Mon - Fri 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Job Description:
- Accurately, timely, and safely pick customer orders using an RF scanner, following company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Promptly delivering finished picks to designated packing staging area
- Communicating regularly with the Picking Team Lead to review, monitor, and correct any errors
- Following quality standards and reporting inventory issues to Picking Team Lead
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Ensuring the picking area and containers are clean, organized, and functioning properly
- Adhering to the performance standards and expectations to their assigned department
- All other duties as assigned by the Picking Team Lead and/or SupplyHouse.com management including but not limited to assisting in other departments throughout the fulfillment center and adhering to that department's expectations.
- Following the appropriate policies, processes, and procedures to pack customer’s orders accurately and safely
- Reviewing all orders and examining product SKUs, weights, and quantities prior to packaging for shipment to ensure that the correct items are being shipped to customers
- Packing, sealing, and labeling all packages efficiently by using the appropriate materials
- Stacking boxes in size order on pallets and loading packages onto the trailers for shipment
- Immediately communicating all order errors with the Packing Supervisor
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Ensuring the packing area is clean, organized and functioning properly
- Adhering to the performance standards and expectations to their assigned department
- All other duties as assigned by the Packing Team Lead and/or SupplyHouse.com management including but not limited to assisting in other departments throughout the fulfillment center and adhering to that department's expectations
