Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers/Packers to join our team in Moorpark, CA. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping
Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and proper condition of items
Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
