Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking associates to join our manufacturing team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Team members will be responsible for either Pick/Pack duties or Box Making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The specific assignment will be determined by the client based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and pack finished products according to customer and production specifications.
- Assemble and make corrugated boxes for production and shipping.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Label, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Available Positions
2nd Shift
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM
- Pay:$18.50/hr
- Duties will include either Pick/Pack or Box Making.
3rd Shift
- Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:45 AM
- Pay:$19.50 per hour
- Duties will also include either Pick/Pack or Box Making.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Interview required prior to starting.
- Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled.
- Fans are located throughout the building; however, candidates should be prepared to work in a warm environment, especially during the summer months.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Blue jeans are required.
- Solid-colored T-shirt are required.
- Safety vest is provided by the client.
- Safety glasses are not required.
