We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Warehouse Picker position in Winston-Salem. This is a fast-paced Food Distribution center. Warehouse environment requiring heavy lifting and consistent movement throughout the shift. Main Responsibilities: Use an electric pallet jack to move safely throughout the warehouse Wear a headset connected to a voice-picking system for order selection Pick and stack food products accurately onto pallets Check products for freshness, quality, and damage Wrap pallets and prepare orders for shipping Work Environment: Fast-paced and physically active position Continuous walking, lifting, and stacking throughout the shift Some areas may be refrigerated or frozen depending on products being handled Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working long shifts in a warehouse environment Ability to work efficiently and accurately Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
