Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to your responsibilities and tasks.
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized to prevent errors and ensure order accuracy.
• Processing packing slips and creating shipping labels for outbound shipments.
• Properly using warehouse management and order processing software to produce shipping documents.
• Performing quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy.
• Palletizing outbound boxes for shipment and maintaining safety standards when operating pallet jacks.
• Safely using box cutters, lifting techniques, and packing materials to protect products during transit.
• Ensuring products are packed in a timely and efficient manner without damage.
• Selecting the correct box sizes for optimal dimensional weight and using appropriate packing materials.
• Ensuring all documentation is correct and that products requiring temperature control are handled properly.
• Applying accurate shipping labels to all packages.
• Meeting daily KPIs for packing as set by the department manager.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Packaging, Picking, and General Warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
• Physical ability to lift and move products regularly.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to safety standards and best practices.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Irvine, California, and offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
