Job Duties

• Safely pick garments from assigned warehouse locations according to work orders and order specifications.
• Verify item accuracy, quantities, sizes, colors, and styles against order requirements.
• Place picked garments in the designated staging area for processing and shipment preparation.
• Prioritize order picking based on carrier deadlines, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while meeting daily operational goals.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or location issues to supervisors.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order completion and shipment.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to read/interpret work orders and shipping documents

What You Will Do

As a Picker you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The Picker supports warehouse productivity by preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced fulfillment environments.

A successful Picker understands inventory systems, picking procedures, packing methods, and shipping processes while maintaining quality standards and workplace safety. Dependable performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
