Picker /Forklift driver

Description:

The Picker / Forklift Driver is responsible for accurately picking, moving, and staging materials and finished products throughout the warehouse. This position operates a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Pick and prepare orders accurately according to work orders and pick lists.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and locations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous picker and forklift experience required/preferred.
• Experience using IQMS or a similar inventory/ERP system preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to read and follow pick lists, labels, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
