Location: Manor, TX

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):

• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately according to assigned picking lists
• Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
• Stage and organize orders for shipment
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and completed orders
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties
• Work collaboratively to meet productivity and order fulfillment goals
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret order lists, product labels, and shipping information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
