Raw Seafoods, Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packer to join our Distribution team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for preparing, packing, staging, and handling warehouse orders accurately and safely in a fast-paced cold/wet environment.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day.
As a Packer, you will:
- Pick and pack warehouse orders accurately based on ticket requirements.
- Pull products from shelves based on item number, size, quantity, and quality standards.
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly prepared for delivery.
- Stage products correctly for shipment.
- Shrink wrap products onto pallets.
- Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Help meet daily warehouse and distribution goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time.
- Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Schedule
Mon - Fri and Sun, from 10:00am-6:00pm. (Off on Saturday)
Work Environment
This position requires working in a warehouse/distribution setting, including cold and wet areas. The role is physical and requires lifting, standing, walking, bending, and moving product throughout the shift.
