As a Picker / Packer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring products are organized, inspected, and ready for shipment. You'll work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do


As a Picker / Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing visual quality inspections on rims and wheels, checking valve stem holes and DOT stamps for accuracy
• Securely packing and stacking rims, following specific weaving patterns to ensure safety and efficiency
• Preparing loads for shipment by setting up skids, wrapping with shrink wrap, and tagging pallets accurately
• Keeping production documentation up-to-date and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Adhering to all safety rules and PPE requirements to maintain a safe work environment

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot quality issues and follow instructions precisely
• Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
