What Youll Do (Job Responsibilities)
Quality Inspection: Perform visual checks on rims and wheels; verify valve stem holes and DOT stamps are accurate.
Packing & Stacking: Safely move rims from chutes to skids or racks using specific weave patterns.
Material Handling: Set up skids, wrap completed loads with shrink wrap, and prepare them for pickup.
Documentation: Tag skids and ensure production paperwork is accurate and complete.
Safety First: Regularly review and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 year of general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify small quality issues and follow precise work instructions.
Reliable: Must have consistent transportation for a 6:00 AM start time.
Team Player: Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching).
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing shop environment (exposure to heat/cold).
Required PPE: Steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection.
