Picker Packer (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)
Pay:
- 1st shift $17.00/hr
- 2nd shift $19.00/hr
- 3rd shift $$20.00/hr
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for all shifts. This role supports daily warehouse operations including inventory handling, order preparation, and shipping. Forklift or order selecting experience needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Forklift/warehouse experience preferred,
- Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks
- Count and verify incoming/outgoing shipments against invoices and orders
- Read production schedules, shipping orders, and work orders
- Locate, prepare, and label products for shipping
- Ensure accuracy of all orders and assist with loading trucks
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and standing
