We are hiring for a Picker/Packer/Assembly Line position in Youngstown, OH. We’re looking for reliable candidates who are ready to work on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment.

Join our team and help package military meals (MREs) for a busy local facility. This role offers immediate start opportunities and the chance to become a permanent team member. You’ll be part of a dedicated team on an assembly line, sorting and packing MREs to meet strict quality standards. Hours
Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:30/4:00pm (arrival at 6:15am)

Pay
Starting at $13/hr, with an increase to $15/hr after 1 week of perfect attendance

Key Responsibilities
• Work on the assembly line sorting and packing MREs (Military Meals)
• Ensure accuracy and quality of each product
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Meet daily production goals

Minimum Requirements
• Ability to stand on your feet the entire shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills
• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No previous experience required; training provided

Other Requirements
• Must be able to work on-site
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
