Picker/ Packer

 Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory based on order lists or digital scanners
• Pack products securely into boxes or containers
• Label packages correctly with shipping details
• Check items for damage or defects before packing
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

️ Skills & Requirements

• Basic reading and math skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina (standing, lifting, bending)
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse systems (a plus)
• Teamwork and time management skills

 Physical Requirements

• Lifting boxes (often 10–25 kg depending on the job)
• Standing or walking for long hours
• Repetitive tasks like picking and packing

 Work Environment

• Warehouses or distribution centers
• May involve shift work (day/night shifts)
• Can be temperature-controlled or non-controlled environments
