CHASE Staffing is currently hiring Picker/Packers in the Cartersville, GA area!

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a warehouse environment.

?? Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Pay Rate:$14.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners
• Pack customer orders securely for shipment
• Inspect products for quality before packing
• Label, organize, and prepare shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
