Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
- Pack items securely according to company standards.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality.
- Label packages and prepare shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
