We are seeking dependable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
Pack items securely according to company standards.
Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality.
Label packages and prepare shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Basic math and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
