Westaff is Hiring for 2nd Shift Picker/Packers and Material Handlers in Farmington, CT!
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm
Pay Rate: $18.90 - $19.95 an h our
We’re hiring reliable Picker/Packers and Material Handlers for our fast-paced 2nd-shift warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable operating PIT equipment.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate PIT equipment safely (PIT experience required)
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards
- Support general warehouse tasks as needed
Warehouse Requirements:
- PIT experience (forklift, electric pallet jack, cherry picker, ETC.)
- No fear of heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and ability to work 3pm–11pm
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
