Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in our supply chain, ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your contributions will directly impact our service quality and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately selecting products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Carefully packing items to ensure safe transit and delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure that all items are in optimal condition before shipment.
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 4 years in a similar role or environment.
