Position Details
- Position:Picker/Packer
- Pay:$15.50 per hour
- Location:Hebron, KY
- Available 1st Shift Schedules:
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
- Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Sunday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a safe, organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.
- Pack items securely and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or quality concerns.
- Scan products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Label boxes, packages, and materials as required.
- Sort and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
- Basic math and inventory-counting skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Must be able to work on-site in Hebron, KY.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
