We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Pick products according to customer orders and packing instructions.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and order accuracy.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Operate handheld scanners or inventory systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow warehouse procedures.
• Assemble boxes, apply labels, and prepare shipping materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
