Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:45 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Basic warehouse knowledge is a plus but not required

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position - on-the-job training provided
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, unloading, or shipping experience is a plus
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards

Job Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment
• Process returns and inspect products for quality
• Unload inbound containers and shipments
• Label, scan, stage, and wrap products for storage or shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Use warehouse scanning equipment and systems
• Prepare orders for major retail customers and direct consumer shipments
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Picker Packer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Picker Packer plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.

Successful Picker Packer candidates understand manufacturing procedures, workplace safety, production quality, and teamwork while supporting efficient daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to operational success.
