Warehouse Associate
We are looking for motivated, entry-level candidates for a Warehouse Associate position in Litchfield, Ohio. No experience is requiredjust a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the manufacturing or food production industry.
Join a friendly team at a local facility that prepares meats for distribution. As an associate, you will assist where needed, helping ensure products are correctly grouped and packed. Youll work in a clean environment and wear food safety gear such as hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and non-slip shoes. This role offers steady hours in a supportive setting with room to grow.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
Pay:
$15 per hour
$16 per hour once hired in
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in picking and packing meats and related products
Support various tasks around the production floor as needed
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines, including wearing required gear
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
No previous experience required
Able to work on-site
Comfortable working with cooked and non-cooked meats
Able to wear food safety gear (hair nets, beard nets, smocks, non-slip shoes)
Must be able to stand for long periods
Able to lift, bend, and move items as needed
