Picker/Packer - Night Shift

Location: West Valley City, UTEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift: Night Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Friday) Position DescriptionThe Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer ordersfor shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures orders are fulfilledcorrectly and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance standards, and aclean, organized work area.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and print pick lists from the ERP system (Odoo) in accordance with SOPsAccurately pick products and stage for shipmentsPack orders according to company standards, customer requirements, and carrier guidelines.Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages.Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet established productivity and accuracy standards while working independently or as part of a team.Assist with general warehouse duties including restocking, cycle counts, and housekeeping as needed. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.Basic computer and scanner proficiency.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift. Work EnvironmentWarehouse setting.Fast-paced and deadline-driven.Team-oriented work culture.
