Advance Services Inc. is looking for skilled and experienced Picker Packers for a 3PL E-Commerce Distribution Center located in North Las Vegas, NV near the Speedway.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders using handheld scanners and equipment such as Mini Bobs, carefully packing products to ensure safe transit, and verifying item quality and quantities. You will also support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stock, and conducting routine counts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well collaboratively, and is committed to meeting daily fulfillment targets and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and focus on accuracy are essential to ensure every order is completed correctly and on time.
As part of our hiring process, candidates will be required to complete an assessment to evaluate the qualifications and basic knowledge needed for the role.
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (Temp to Hire)
Work Schedules: - All schedules are 8:00am to 4:30pm (Schedules are assigned as needed by the company)
- Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
- Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday Off)
- Donut Schedule = Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesday and Saturday Off)
- Must be flexible to come in early or stay late as needed when authorized by Operations Managers.
- Must be flexible to come in on Off Days.
