Warehouse Packer
The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
· Pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements
· Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
· Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
· Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
· Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)
· Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
· Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards
· Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
· Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic reading, writing, and math skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Warehouse Picker
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
· Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
· Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
· Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirements
· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
· Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
· Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
· Basic computer or scanner skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
