Picker / Packer & Reach Truck Forklift Operators

Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking Forklift Operators and Picker/Packers to join our client's team in Bolingbrook, IL!

This is a full-time opportunity on the following shifts with competitive pay and long-term career growth:

1st Shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

• Picker/Packer: $17.00/Hr.

• Forklift Operator: $20.00/Hr.

2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

• Picker/Packer: $18.00/Hr.

• Forklift Operator: $21.00/Hr.

Job Duties May Include:

• Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment

• Operating RF scanners and warehouse equipment

• Moving and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse

• Operating Raymond Reach Trucks (Forklift Operators only)

• Performing quality checks and following work instructions

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience on Raymond Reach Trucks required for Forklift Operators

• Steel-toe boots required for Forklift Operators

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Basic English communication skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but willing to train picker/packer candidates

Additional Information:

• Overtime may be mandatory during peak season
