Job SummaryEmploynet is seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Job Duties
Swing Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11:00pm

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product information for accuracy.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
